All items are shipped F.O.B. Shipping point; either our warehouse, the supplier or manufacturer. 

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery on our trucks from our warehouse.


Before returning items please call NIS to request a Return Merchandise Number (RMA).  Items are subject to suppliers/manufactures inspection before a credit is issued. 

Damaged or Lost Products

NIS Delivery: Please notify us within 24 hours to report any discrepancies to your orders.

UPS: Please call us immediately so we can reship your product and file a claim; keep all damaged boxes from UPS for inspection

Motor Freight:  Please note all damages on the Bill of Lading before accepting all the product.  Notify us and the carrier of damages; keep all damaged goods and containers for inspection.
